Cancellation Policies:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notification will be charged for the session time that was reserved. Clients who give 2 hours notice or less or miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Late arrivals will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time; full service charges still apply. When you miss an appointment, I not only miss your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. As a sole practitioner, 100% of my income comes from my valued clients (that's you!). By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to this policy.

Credit Card Policy

To reserve your appointment a credit card will be kept on file. Your credit card will not be charged until the time of your appointment. Failure to abide by the cancellation policy as stated above will result in the appropriate charge to the card you have placed on file. It’s not a punishment; it's protection of my most valuable resource—my time.
